Therapy for people who think a lot but feel stuck.

You understand your patterns. You can explain why you react the way you do. But insight hasn’t quite changed these cycles for you; in relationships, anxiety, self-criticism, or habits, the same reactions keep repeating.

My work is structured and experiential. Insight and understanding are important, but lasting change usually happens when we work directly with the emotional patterns underneath them. We don’t just analyze problems. We work directly with the parts of you driving those patterns using Internal Family Systems (IFS), so they can actually shift.

How I work:

Many people come to therapy already self-aware. They have strong understandings of their history, their attachment patterns, their triggers.

But insight alone rarely shifts deeply embedded reactions.

Therapy becomes a space where we can slow down, map those patterns together, and then work with them more directly.

I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps us engage with the parts of you that carry pain, protection, or pressure.

We approach those reactions with curiosity and clarity. Over time, this allows patterns to shift where they actually form: at the level of emotional experience, not just explanation.

This may be a good fit if:

You struggle with overthinking, anxiety, or difficulty relaxing.

  • You feel stuck in cycles of low motivation or self-criticism.

  • You’ve experienced trauma and want to work with it carefully and at your pace.

  • You rely on gaming, substances, or other habits to cope — and feel conflicted about it.

  • You’re exploring neurodiversity and want support that fits how your brain works.

  • You’re navigating sexuality, gender, or identity and want a space that is thoughtful and affirming.
